Reviews matter more than we think. Almost every customer (93% of Aussies) checks reviews before they contact us. But here’s what we’ve noticed: the review game has been one-sided for too long.
As fellow business owners, we thought that wasn’t fair. Why shouldn’t we be able to share our experiences too?
Tyrn is Australia’s first two-way review platform. We’re business owners who created a simple space where we can all share honest feedback with each other.
We call it a platform, but it’s really a community built on trust and fairness. We’ve kept things simple because we know you’d rather spend time running your business than figuring out complicated systems.
More customer reviews mean more customers. And the feedback we share helps fellow business owners make better decisions about who they want to work with.
We keep things simple — that’s what drives us. We’re Australian at heart, and our platform is built on trust, respect, and community.
